My client located in the South Bay area is in need is in need of an experienced Property Tax Accountant for a 6-8 week project. The Property Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing and processing Corporate property taxes for 15 different properties, 8 states and multiple counties. The Property Tax Accountant will also be responsible for the fixed assets for each location, comparing and tracking last years assets to this years assets as well as assisting with filing extensions for all 8 states. The Ideal Property Tax Accountant will have advanced working knowledge utilizing Excel (macros, v-lookups and pivot tables) and InSource Tax Software.
