The Manager, Disability Administration is a newly created position that will be responsible for effective management of the administration of employee disability claims under workers compensation, short and long term disability, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and all leave of absence types including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) with a focus on promoting productive, goal-oriented return-to-work strategies. The manager will ensure all programs are administered appropriately, consistently, efficiently, and in compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws as well as with internal polices and procedures.
