Program Director - General Ed - Program Chair

What you need for this position:-
- Must have experiences below in a college setting!
- 3 to 5 year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Master's degree in a related field or discipline.
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

What you'll be doing:
-Under general supervision, manages the administrative functions of an academic department.
- Responsibilities generally include fiscal and budgetary management, human resource administration, facilities and resource management, development and implementation of operational procedures, and special projects.
- Serves as advisor to departmental instructors.
