Product Manager - UX - UI - Social Network - Ratings - Review

Are you a Product Manager who has worked on the UI/UX development for a social community/online network or a ratings/reviews online site?

If so. read on!

What you need for this position:

* 5+ years in product management for a high volume Website with a focus on direct consumer traffic, user generated content, and user experience
* Prior experience working for either an online community (LinkedIn), rating/review site (TripAdvisor) or search site (Yelp, YellowPages, google.local)
* Strong sense of accountability and ownership for end-to-end product life cycle with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch
* Strong quantitative, analytical, and technical skills
* Extremely well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* BA/BS from a reputable university required. MBA a plus.

What you will be doing:

* Identify and prioritize areas for site improvement -- work closely with technology and the creative team to recommend specific changes to improve conversion (includes landing page optimization, enhancements to Front End pages, and improvements in questionnaire & checkout processes)
* Communicate with users to identify their preferences and increase the collection of user generated ratings/reviews and other content
* Lead creation and completion of Multivariate and A/B testing (from hypothesis creation to influencing creatives to identifying success metrics) and post test analysis
