Job Description
They have an immediate need for skilled Microsoft Business Intelligence professionals with strong ETL and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) experience to support their Charlotte, NC operations. Reporting to a Project Manager, you must be comfortable working with end users and data architects as well as mentoring other developers if needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
5+ years experience with requirements gathering, analysis & design of ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), multi-dimensional databases & OLAP cubes
At least 5 years of experience creating and implementing ETL strategies for an enterprise sized Datawarehouse
Expert knowledge of SQL Server 2005/2008, SSIS ETL technology and technically excellent in all areas of SQL Server development including stored procedures, functions and triggers as well as clustering and T-SQL
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills including the ability to document and communicate complex technical issues
Proven expertise in Data Warehouse and Data Marts methodologies as well as extensive knowledge of OLTP/OLAP technologies
Ability to access numerous types of data sources with SSIS
Experience with Reporting Services is a plus
Experience with PerformancePoint Server and/or SharePoint- Even better!
