| Albany Adecco is now recruiting for a high volume Customer Service Rep in the Albany area. This is a long term temporary position with full time hours during the day Monday through Friday. We are in need of a very energetic, fast-paced, experienced call-center representative who can handle anywhere from 150-300 phone calls a day. Job Responsibilities:
• Handling high volume inbound and outbound calls
• Taking and processing of orders that get shipped out same day
• Managing a tracking/ordering program that is highly detailed and spreadsheet based
• Previous call center/high volume phones is required
• Definite ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment |
