REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
* Proven Leadership experience in a Maintenance environment
* Proven general knowledge of Facilities issues to include carpentry, roofing and coatings.
* Proven general knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical power and control systems.
* Proven general knowledge of HVAC systems including chilled water, direct expansion, reciprocating and centrifugal
* Proven general knowledge of pneumatic and digital controls, refrigeration and kitchen equipment and energy management systems
* Demonstrated proficiency reading blueprints and schematic drawings
* Demonstrated strong computer proficiency with Maximo, Mad, Excel, Word and Outlook
* Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to evaluate and establish replacement and maintenance for HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, pool equipment and mechanical and electrical equipment
