RFIC, CMOS Transceiver Designers

Description : 
We are looking RFIC Designers in CMOS. analog and-or mixed signal for a client in San Jose.

Compensation: The base salaries are open. Solid benefits. Relocation package available.
Required:
Most have solid RFIC design skills in either the receiver chain or the transmit chain. Blocks in particular are FRAC-N PLL's, frequency synthesizers, low power ADC's, and oscillators. Knowledge of complex AC/DC analysis (poles, zeros, compensation). MOS Device modelling skills. Knowledge of CMOS fabrication processes.
Pluses:
PhD/MSEE. Ability to lead. Advanced understanding of layout tradeoffs for performance and size. Advanced laboratory measurement skills. Knowledge of Scripting/language (Perl, Shell, TCL, skill). Advanced knowledge of MOS transistors and analog/circuit design.
