| Corporate Security is hiring a Director of Security responsible for the continued design, development and maintenance of the Security Business Model, including related policies, standards and procedures, tools and technologies, quality assurance, continuous monitoring programs, training and development, knowledge management and communication, project management, and general Security Department support. Ensures the effective provision of information and reporting to department management, including regular management information reporting, security and investigations results and trend analysis, quarterly Board reporting, budgeting and expense management, coordination and support of various councils and committees, and other administrative functions. Work involves managing or conducting projects, managing internal and external training and communications programs, providing major input to the development of security plans, and providing training, coaching and supervision to internal staff. Ensures that security and investigations issues, metrics, trends, key performance indicators, and other data are translated into well-communicated information and recommendations in support of security and investigations operational functions as well as provided to the business and executive management emphasizing strengthening of control and process weaknesses in order to better manage a range of security and fraud risks. A Director, Security Administration provides communications design and support for executive and departmental presentations and special events. He or she maintains all organizational and professional ethical standards, works independently under general supervision, and is able to exercise some latitude for initiative and independent judgment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages the design, enhancement and maintenance of Corporate Security Services (CSS) programs and services and related policies, standards, procedures, and management reporting processes.
