More information about this job: Job Summary: We have multiple vacancies for Quality Assurance Engineer II at our company in Santa Monica, CA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *
Create, maintain, write and execute test plans and test cases
*
Develop and maintain automated test scripts within a test framework
*
Help automate test cases
*
Generate test execution reports to management and the product team.
*
Participating in bug review processes including identifying, documenting and following through on bugs through the defect lifecycle.
*
Participating in design and specification reviews
*
Actively participate in daily Scrums and project planning meetings
*
Maintain and deploying builds to the test environment
*
Support other QA team members (as needed) Qualifications and Special Skills Required/Desired: *
Proficiency in JUnit, Javascript, Apache, and Linux
*
Master's degree in Software Engineering, computer comparable degree, applied mathematics, or business administration + 3 years of experience as Software Quality Assurance Engineer/Software Engineer OR B.A. in Computer Science or related field + 5 years of progressive experience as Software Quality Assurance Engineer/Software Engineer.
