Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Nalco has an opening for a Senior Account Manager in our WPS Heavy Sales unit located in the Shreveport / Natchitoches, LA area. The Senior Account Manager sales position will be focused on a large paper account. Papermaking and wet end chemical experience is desired. · Managing major paper/pulp accounts and their technical needs · Grow assigned territory through business development strategies · Track and maintain information on all chemical applications · Adjust and optimize programs onsite to improve customer satisfaction · Excellent communication and presentation skills required · Intimate knowledge of paper industry Qualifications: · Paper/Pulp experience highly desired · Bachelor's Degree: Chemical Engineering, Paper Science or Chemistry preferred. · At least 2-5 years sales experience servicing pulp and paper industry · Strong influencing skills with both internal staff and external customers · No sales experience required but must enjoy working with clients on a consultative platform We rely on the diversity of our workforce to drive our growth and success.
