We tackle issues such as how to streamline marketing automation to guarantee the best ROI. This person will be a passionate marketer who is eager to test and find new ways to target our next customers based on existing data. We are looking to balance the "been there, done that" with the "why can't we do it that way?" mentality of thinking. The ability to challenge assumptions and conventions based on data gathered is important. A successful analyst works as an email marketing expert and is able to gain insights from data based on input from business leaders. Responsibilities: - Creates email campaigns based on business needs - Runs data queries and validates data - Works closely with the Online Marketing team who is responsible for driving traffic to the Rackspace website. - Optimizes lead scoring based on data analysis and quality of conversions - Create, execute and measure marketing programs to increase revenue. - Construct, and execute on, direct response campaign matrices and provide analytics/results on a regular basis. - Analyze data to look for trends to increase product usage and identify key upsell/cross sell opportunities. - Work closely with Sales on roll out of campaigns and programs. Align with their objectives and goals, using them as sounding board for ideas and input on what is working, and what isn’t.
