Description: Select Positions within a Malcolm Baldrige Award Winning Hospital! Works under the general direction of the Administrative Director and Medical Director and is responsible for the management and operation of assigned laboratory section (i.e., Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Virology, Blood Bank, Coagulation/Serology, Clerical/Secretarial Services, Blood Drawers, Anatomic Pathology, Cytogenetics and Point of Care Testing). Requirements include: - Histology/Pathology experience preferred.
- ASCP registered or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of technical field experience.
- Supervisory or management experience required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and have strong attention to detail.
