- Utilize state-of-the art technology to manage the receiving processes, freight flow and replenishment transition, productivity results and backroom inventory
- Develop your team by ensuring proper training and certifications are completed
- Supervise your team to ensure the safety and efficiency of the entire operations
- Recruit, select and develop and retain talented team members
- Ensure great guest service by interacting with guests and team members Requirements - 4-year college degree
- Supervisor level experience
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
- Ability to continuously move around all areas of the store on a daily basis, as well as ability to lift 40lbs
