Sodexo is seeking to hire an experienced Facilities/Maintenance Manager within our Senior Living Division to manage the maintenance, facilities, and grounds at Longwood at Oakmont, an Affiliate of Presbyterian SeniorCare. Longwood at Oakmont is a 458 resident Continuing Care Retirement Community. Its buildings and cottages include over 540,000 square feet spread across 60 acres. This position will oversee the Maintenance and Groundskeeping departments. Strong customer service experience is very important.

A successful background in managing the maintenance/facilities department in Healthcare or Senior Living facility would be desired. The individual should be well organized with a strategic mind set, a record of delegation and follow-through, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. In addition, this position will oversee skilled trades employees to ensure that the daily and long term operations meet both the expectations of the client, as well as the residents they serve.

Position Summary:
Directs all maintenance operations of buildings and grounds at a single unit. Schedules maintenance and monitors the operation of all utility systems such as heating, ventilating and air conditioning. Supervises janitorial services and grounds maintenance such as landscaping, lawn and snow removal. May also supervise the security function and construction projects.. Overall responsibility for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
