Assists in fostering a culture of employee development. Has general management responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Performs reception desk functions in an efficient,professional manner. Performs physician desk functions in an efficient, professional manner. Performs X-Ray desk functions in an efficient, professional manner. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three (3) years of management experience and/or experience within the Mayo desk operation is required. Experience in the Mayo Desk System or additional relevant experience with progressive responsibility in lead or supervisory fields is preferred. Must have demonstrated leadership, communication, problem solving and organizational ability. Must be highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently. Must have knowledge of multiple electronic applications which support the desk operations.
