| STRATEGY CONSULTANT, SR PRINCIPAL (57468) Consultant - Analyst USA-VA-Arlington Security Clearance: Secret Clearance Status: Must be Current Schedule: Full Time Type of Travel: Local Percent of Travel Required: Up to 10% Description Duties and Responsibilities: Executive Management Consultant: Provides assistance in developing and implementing strategic plans and implementation guidance in support of business systems modernization and transformation. Is subject matter expert in continuous process improvement and proven experience in business enterprise information, real estate installations, and portfolio management best practices. Responsibilities include overall management of project teams and development of staff. Extensive leadership in program integration assessments and strategic planning. - Responsible developing strategic plans and implementation best practices - Develops and implements visions and strategies to deal with multiple, complex systems integration and installation lifecycle management programs. - Manages overall relationships with policy leadership, governance bodies, portfolio management stakeholders and project implementation teams. Education & Experience: Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 12-15 years of related experience including both consulting and general industry experience with a heavy emphasis on the consulting side. Advanced business degree preferred. Required Qualifications: - Secret clearance or above - Prior Federal Government department or agency experience with background in federal enterprise architecture, strategic planning for business systems and program execution - Full lifecycle program management in oversight and/or direct program management roles - 10 years minimum - Experience with real estate asset, facilities management and installations lifecycle - Excellent oral and written communication skills. Desired Qualifications: - Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent professional credentials - Business process improvement concepts implemented in IT systems and solid understanding of effectiveness / performance metrics - Prior Federal Government department or agency experience - providing direct program management and execution responsibilities in support of critical mission areas and aligned with enterprise architecture frameworks.
