Overview:

This position will be responsible for supporting the SVP Marketing, TBS and Product Development and his direct reports.

Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of key administrative activities
* Produce meeting presentation materials, manuals and reports
* Arrange and monitor department's travel schedule
* Responsible for time sensitive and confidential material
* Schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments; create expense reports
* Establish and maintain calendars, coordinates interview schedules.
* Coordinate all travel arrangements and logistics for international and domestic travel
* Manage the Corporate Real Estate portfolio with the assistance of SVP
* Manage the Customer Satisfaction database for all segments with the assistance of SVP
* Prepares and handles confidential information such as marketing and product data and other confidential and proprietary information.
* Ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels, including customers, and vendors
* Liaise with senior management, business units and other internal and external contacts. Using professional judgment in handling routine matters and information requests.


Qualifications:

Education/Training
Bachelors degree
Experience
* Strong experience with international travel/expense reports
* Heavy calendar scheduling and re-scheduling - meeting invitations via Outlook
* Proven ability to handle telephone calls from senior management, customers, direct reports
* Ability to prioritize workload and re-prioritize workload daily/hourly
* Must have previous exposure and comfort in working with high levels of confidential information

Skills
* 5 + years of experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong ability to be responsive and understand sense of urgency
* Ability to work independently, proactively establish priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; including Outlook Excel and PowerPoint presentation design
* Ability to review/interpret data, observe trends and make observations/recommendations from the data.
* Ability to put in place a standardized process to collect data, roll-up and summarize data on a periodic basis.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional demeanor in person and on the telephone (engagement)
* Superior follow-up skills
