HT Systems Analyst Job in La Crosse (Minnesota, USA, United States)

Job Description:

The Health Tradition (HT) Information Technology Department manages the technology and computer infrastructure that drives the HT’s business systems. The Lead Systems Analyst position requires strong business, project management and data intelligence skills. They will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and facilitating changes to enrollment, provider and claims systems. They will also be responsible for configuring and supporting the Utilization Management and HEDIS measurement software applications. Other applications to support are web sites, web-based portals, standard desktop applications and all other end-user programs used at Health Tradition Health Plan.
The Lead Systems Analyst works with administrators and HT line staff in improving department workflow by identifying current processes and procedures and assists in implementing lean solutions. The Lead Systems Analyst acts as a business and technical liaison among various internal departments within MCHS-FH and external parties such as Third Party Administrators and Software vendors.
The HTHP Systems Analyst is responsible for managing multiple information system projects including working with end users to identify requirements, selecting and installing new software applications, and providing other computer-related support, services, communication and education to all customers within Health Tradition Health Plan and other organizations as required.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with databases, spreadsheets and graphics packages.Experience in project-leadership and/or facilitator roles.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare or business related fieldMinimum 2 years experience with computerized healthcare applications. Ability to communicate and work with all levels of healthcare professionals.Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong organizational and planning skills.Ability to analyze situations, develop options and make mature judgments.Ability to analyze and interpret data.
