Westwood College - Inland Empire, a subsidiary of Alta Colleges, and one of the country's fastest growing educational institutions, is seeking qualified Construction Management Faculty Members. We are currently seeking qualified faculty members in the areas of engineering, civil engineering and architectural engineering. Candidates must possess a graduate degree related to the course to be taught or must have earned a minimum of 18 semester / 27 quarter graduate level units related to the course to be taught.

The role of the Part-time Faculty is to effectively communicate with the students and help them achieve their educational goals. The instructor maximizes retention of students toward the completion of their programs and provides students by fostering a proper educational environment so that the students may derive the maximum benefits from the program for which they are enrolled.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Teach all assigned classes and hours as determined with class assignments.
* Plan for instructional activities to include, but not limited to, lecture, class discussion, demonstration labs, and projects. Course outlines and syllabi should be given to students at the beginning of each course setting objectives determining multiple teaching strategies and student |
