Communicates effectively with customer(s) and with Company manufacturing teams and assists in preparation to negotiate, manage, and update customer contracts.Provides for effective coordination of all sales activities with cognizant of support functions throughout the Company to assure optimum utilization of manpower and cooperation in the attainment of project objectives.Supports management team as needed with building relationships and business development, with forecasting and pricing strategies, with ensuring profitability, and with meeting business unit objectives. Prepares and presents quarterly sales forecasts and programs review presentations which address performance metrics and report.Assists other team members as needed to ensure needs are met. Effective analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Effective negotiation and problem solving skills. Effective interpersonal skills. Completes projects in a timely manner.Supports a 24/7 global business operation as required. Skills Required: Experience Required: 8+ years program sales experience. 5+ years in a leadership role mentoring others in program sales tasks and concepts.
