Basic Qualifications:Must have experience with the SAP EAM module. Must have experience leading/developing a complex SAP ECC 6.0 implementation.
Core Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. - Typically possesses seven or more years of experience managing multiple projects. - Typically possesses four or more years of experience implementing SAP EAM systems. - Demonstrated experience managing and implementing projects, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of project performance, as well as some experience managing cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated experience managing and leading a team of project managers and process analysts. - Demonstrated experience consulting with clients, including identifying client needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results. - Demonstrated experience managing application, infrastructure, strategy, operational improvements, business process improvement, business oriented, organizational development, and/or technology roadmap project/program. - Demonstrated experience blueprinting business processes and conducting process workshops. - Demonstrated experience preparing, reviewing and approving software design and specifications. - Demonstrated understanding of business, functional, and technical requirements. - Demonstrated experience evaluating functional specifications and developing technical specifications for SAP development. - Demonstrated experience with TDBU bolt-on#s and SAP Power Plant interface. - Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with one or more SAP process areas, such as: EAM, HCM, FICO, MM, and SRM. - Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical solutions and issues into terms clients can understand. - Must demonstrate the ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks and safety appropriately, develop and execute business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. - Must demonstrate effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery, team building, and willingness to stay current with relevant technology and innovation. - Must demonstrate strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.
