Description

As a Product Manager at Good Technology, you will be responsible for assimilating market requirements for Good's Enterprise solution encompassing mobile messaging (email, calendar, and contacts), device management and security, and collaboration available on the industry's leading Smartphone platforms. This is a highly visible position within the company reporting to the Director of Product Management.
You will work closely with Engineering, QA and field sales teams to manage the product lifecycle in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will be a key member of cross-functional teams supporting decisions according to business goals, product vision/roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
You must possess a combination of business and technical skills as well as having a passion for the vision of mobile software solutions for the Enterprise. You must be comfortable with frequent interaction with customers and prospects presenting our solution and explaining our security infrastructure while capturing requirements. The ability to communicate business goals in technical terms is a must.

Responsibilities include:
* Write clear/compelling customer and end user-driven customer requirement documents
* Work with cross-functional teams (Development, Business Development and Quality Assurance) to deliver high-quality products on-time
* Understand corporate and product goals and make decisions based on these goals
* Work closely with external customers and partners
* Travel as required
Educational Requirements:
* BS/BA in technical field or business
* MBA preferred
Required Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years experience in software or services product management
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies
* Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Knowledge of Internet technologies and collaboration services
* Knowledge of mobile device and application management
* Knowledge of security infrastructure including Enterprise data encryption
