The Department of Otorhinolaryngology (ear, nose and throat or ENT) at Mayo Clinic provides a full range of medical and surgical services for pediatric and adult patients with head and neck disorders and diseases. The practice includes more than 30 specialists, making it one of the world's largest ENT groups. This Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be an integral member of our ENT practice covering a full range of services for adult patients with head and neck disorders and diseases. The NP or PA will assist in patient evaluation primarily in the outpatient setting. Basic Qualifications: Masters prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program. Current Minnesota RN license and certification, or eligible to be certified, as an ANP, ACNP, or FNP certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment date). Or graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by the NCCPA and registration as a PA by the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice. The NP/PA must be eligible for DEA registration.
