JOB DESCRIPTION
COLSA Corporation is seeking personnel in support of a proposal effort for the CONUS Theater Network Operations & Security Center (C-TNOSC) contract at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The network administrator is responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance and usage of the organization's local area network. Assists in the establishment of network procedures regarding access methods and time, security validation checks and documentation. Maintains network software and hardware inventories. Researches software and hardware issues regarding the network. Informs users when there are network problems. Monitors and maintains continuity with software licensing and maintenance agreements. Troubleshoots network problems. Frequently reports to a PC support manager or a Senior Network Administrator. This position is contingent upon funding - current incumbents are encouraged .
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of 0-2 years work related experience
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet and databases. Working knowledge of current operating systems and programming languages.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
