WaveStaff, anExecutive Recruiting firm specializing in placing sales professionals in Digital Media, Social Media, and Enterprise Software, is looking to find a strong sales oriented recruiter. There is a low base salary and an excellent commission plan - you are not capped and there is a real opportunity to make great money. This position is in our Aptos office. Local candidates only, please.

ROLE

As anExecutive Recruiter you will spend almost 75% of your time on the phone developing relationships with key business decision makers and candidates from the most exciting enterprise software and digital media companies in the world. You will drive new business and work directly with hiring executives helping them fill key executive and sales positions. Additionally, you will find, recruit and qualify candidates for positions being worked on by other recruiters in the office.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
* 3 + years of successful experience in a B2B sales environment - prefer recruiting agency experience
* Tenacious closing skills - competitive mindset
* Experience with cold calling - no call reluctance issues, please
* Polished written and verbal skills - you must inspire confidence and credibility.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
