We are looking for talented business professionals to join our Bay Area practice offices in technical accounting and consulting. As a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients with a variety of challenging projects and make postiive impact on their ability to do business.

Professional Qualifications:
* An MBA or undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
* CPA
* 8-15+ years experience as a Controller, Senior Accounting Manager, or Finance Manager in large companies ($1B).
* Technical accounting skills, large-scale or international consolidations experience, SEC reporting and revenue recognition skills. Audit experience also desired.
* Experience with large-scale ERPs (SAP and Oracle preferred)and reporting tools.
* Previous experience in a Big 4 or large regional accouting firm.
* Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams in a matrix organizational structure.
