In this position, you will work as a Beauty Advisor for one of Winston Retail Solutions' brand/clients with a product line that encompasses nature, family, and love at the core. Preferred Experience:
* 3+ years experience with beauty and skin care products
* Heavy user or skin/hair care products from high quality brand
* Must be motivated to work in the beauty business and visiting retailers such as Macy's & Sephora
* Excellent communication skills both verbal & written On floor priorities:
* Ensure all SKU's are represnted on the sales floor
* Build relationships with counter sales people and management at each location
* Inform counter sales people about the brand/products and its features and benefits
* Fill out beauty recap
* Take photos of the locations
Key Characteristics of candidate:
This candidate must be a self starter, well organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This candidate must be able to adjust to the change regularly and be motivated by working with different brands and product categories in various retail environments.
