| SUPPORT SALES REPRESENTATIVE Job Type: Full-Time Location: Westminster, CO Last Updated: 12/01/2010 Job Description: Job Summary: Primarily a sales position with revenue targets monthly, quarterly, annually. Develop key account relationships and work with Agriculture Sales Teams to determine multi-national opportunities for Global Services product offerings. Responsible for the marketing and selling of the new Agriculture Extended Warranty options as well as all Global Services product offerings. Maintain sales to customers that have existing warranty coverage to support renewal of existing contracts. Maintain and develop new relationships with the Agriculture sales teams, dealer network, and key accounts to identify new opportunities for post-sales contracts to drive additional revenue. This includes but is not limited to the sale of In-Field installations, training options, and other products developed by the Global Services group. Provide comprehensive reports on the current customer base of users that have purchased Extended Warranties and/or Software support contracts and determine and document why or why not contracts have been renewed. Measures of Success: Primary duties include but are not limited to: Generate and issue monthly support renewal notifications. Track all monthly Billings. Contact all customers about their renewals and/or interest in other Global Services products. Maintain call log of all customers contacted. Reach or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales target. Required Skills: Excel (high skill level), Outlook, highly Organized, self motivated, responsible, self starter, takes responsibility for actions, able to maintain monthly call log, monthly call log/Billings reports required, works well with others, able to communicate well with other departments, Oracle a plus.
