City BENTONVILLE State AR Employment Type Full Time Hourly/ Salary HOURLY Position Description The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for complex project coordination, customer service and managing the recruiting process associated with candidate recruitment. This associate will interact with Candidates and Hiring Managers on a daily basis, and will provide guidance in the application and hiring processes.Minimum Qualifications Key Duties and Responsibilities .Manages highly confidential information including, but not limited to, offer letters, personnel files, reference check information, candidate applications, compensation data, background checks and drug tests. .Coordinates and participates in multi-step projects including career fairs, community outreach, resume referral programs and cross-divisional process improvement teams, to include public speaking opportunities. .Facilitates internal transfer processes, advises internal applicants on resume development and job matching, gives instruction on use of career portal. Formulates and extends offers with approval from recruiters. .Interviews, screens and selects hourly associates. .Sources non-exempt talent directly by reference checking or utilizing other sourcing techniques. .Develops and maintains complex spreadsheets for tracking job requisitions and candidate status. .Coordinates interviews or video conferences for exempt and non-exempt candidates/associates up to and including senior management level applicants. .Conducts reference checks for exempt and non-exempt candidates up to and including senior management. .Coordinates travel for all candidates. .Processes all candidate reimbursements including expenses, relocation, etc. .Ensures all associate information is entered into the electronic human resources management systems. .Inputs data entry into various data bases and/or programs (requisitions, transfers, applications, resumes, evaluations and offers). Required Skills and Experience .Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position .Project coordination, ability to manage multi-step processes, high attention to detail and sense of urgency .Ability to prioritize without guidance and make independent decisions .Clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills .Customer service skills that convey professionalism, confidence and salesmanship .Intermediate Excel skills for spreadsheet development and maintenance.
