The Corporate Executive Board is seeking highly qualified Senior Sales Executives to join our sales force. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with a senior-level executive audience in one of six functions (e.g. CFO, General Counsel, Head of HR, etc.), for the purposes of generating new business revenue. Key Responsibilities: * Generating C-Suite leads through professional networking and cold-call techniques * Prospecting and building new business in a regional territory * Understanding evolving business terrains and effectively articulating the value proposition to prospective members * Leading senior executives into active membership status through a consultative sales approach * Executing a transactional sales methodology with an average sales cycle of (3) months or less Successful candidates will possess: · Willingness and ability to travel in excess of 70% in a regional state territory · Bachelor's Degree and 6 years transactional sales experience with success closing new business · Successful experience in sales environments with emphasis on high volume transactional achievement · Solid understanding of business concepts & dynamics for large national and international corporations · Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills · Ability to quickly build credibility with an executive level audience · Superior time management and organization skills
