Activities include daily customer interface, lead qualification, influencing buying decisions, directing customers through order processes, owning or channeling customer escalations to appropriate resources and understanding and making recommendations regarding trends in customer needs. Key Responsibilities .Understand customer business drivers. .Provide real time feedback in a dynamic sales environment and be willing to improvise and enhance processes. .Independently drive customer needs or problems through to resolution. .Exercise judgment in decisions to involve other Apple team members appropriately. .Analyzes trends and buying patterns and communicates recommendations appropriately to product groups or divisions. Hard measures include: .Quota performance measured on order results and quota attainment .Close ratio .CSAT .Creation and closure of SFL's Soft measures involve: .Process execution .Demonstrated understanding of the business .Ownership of issues .Demonstrated ability to manage through various customer situations The successful Inbound Sales Representative operates independently to accomplish the position objectives. The skills that are necessary to be successful are:
1) Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese Required 2) Strong Knowledge of the hardware/software Business demonstrated by understanding of related product portfolio, business reports, trends, customer information, and delivery methods 3) Organization skills are demonstrated through activities such as: -Ability to take 30+ phone calls a day -Closing skills -Customer contact processes that produce responses -Profiling of accounts 4) Verbal and written communication skills that clearly and simply communicate information about the organization, processes, services portfolio, and issues that may exist within Apple or with customer situations. 5) Judgment is demonstrated by the ability to make timely decisions that effect: -Managing deal volume -Resolving customer satisfaction issues -Resolving internal organizational issues that impede results -Timeliness of escalation of sales and Apple issues -Plan tactics for resolving customer sales issues that prevent orders |
