Resident Support Asst-CH Job in Rochester (Minnesota, USA, United States)

Job Description:

To provide supporting duties to the Health Center through non-resident contact tasks. To perform tasks that aide in the daily routine of the Health Center that would allow Nursing staff increased time in providing resident cares. #

Basic Qualifications:

HS diploma or GED. Six months experience in sanitary food handling in a healthcare setting or as a waitress/server.

Other Qualifications:

Customer service experience. Must be able to work independently. Requires good communication and human relation skills to interact with residents, family members, visitors and staff. Must be able to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress. Work hours cover the middle of the day and evening shift which many include holidays, weekends with rotating days off.

Schedule Details: Days; 7:15am-1:15pm
Weekend Schedule: 1 of 2 weekends; Days 7:15am-12:15pm
Compensation Detail: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $9.15 per hour.
