We are currently looking for a qualified Services Program Manager to join our iTKO Professional Services team. This position can be located nationwide. iTKO Professional Services Organization (PSO) provides a complete set of services that enable our customers to be successful with iTKO LISA and help them to mitigate the business risks of frequent changes to today's complex Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and enterprise IT environments. Job Description: Our Program Managers are responsible for Customer Satisfaction for their assigned accounts. The goal of the Program Manager is to ensure that the value outlined in the purchase process is achieved, documented, and communicated throughout the engagement. The Program Manager contributes to the successful service delivery to the customer. The Program Manager must be able to understand a client's desired goals supporting SOA environment and testing requirements, and then translate these requirements leveraging iTKO's LISA Test, Validation and Virtualization solutions. Program Managers will engage iTKO Pre-Sales to architect a solution that meet the client's needs and then create a statement of work (SOW) based off that scope.
