WFS distributes its offerings both in self service and service-assisted environments, to include over 3,800 Walmart store locations throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, over 1,900 self-service kiosk stations, and the internet.

Position Description Position Summary
The Associate Manager is tasked with establishing short-, mid-, and long-term strategies to meet sales, income, and unit volume forecasts across all applicable channel and account platform distribution points for the organization. The Associate Manager is also tasked with managing the daily business operations of the service offerings under his/her purview, to include collaborating with channel owners, operations, and service partners to assure channel execution, customer service, compliance, accounting, auditing, sales, and volume plans. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting WFS senior leadership in identifying new opportunities based on trends in the business, making recommendations for operational improvements, and implementing corrective actions to prevent or correct a negative business impact. The present need for the organization rests within the division's Bill Payment Services team, but the successful candidate has the potential to gain exposure to several other facets of the organization, to include working on cross-functional task forces and projects in support of organizational goals. Functions Include:
