Job Description:

The nursing process of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating is the basis for all care delivered by the registered nurse. The registered nurse is accountable for the delivery of direct patient care and for supervising nursing care provided by professional and ancillary nursing personnel. The registered nurse assesses and plans in collaboration with the patient/support person and the interdisciplinary health care team to meet the education and discharge needs. The American Nurses Association (ANA) Standards of Care and Performance provide the basis for practice.

Basic Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a registered professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
