| Our company is looking for a seasoned HR Generalist with over 5 years of experience. Duties and Responsibilities: -Maintain an understanding of all legal compliance changes and communicate this effectively. -Administer FMLA, CA OSHA and etc with direction from the Human Resource Director. -Management of employee files and coordinating. -Manage employee request time off -Conduct employee new hire orientation -To conduct interviews -Communicates regularly with department manager with employee issues that may arise. -Assists in the administration of the disciplinary procedure. -Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and assists with exit interviews. -Additional projects as requested by Human Resource Director Additional Requirements: -BA/BS degree preferred -Strong customer service experience -Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint -Exceptional organizational skills -Ability to multitask and focus on attention to detail -Excellent written and verbal skills -Must have flexible and positive attitude with a desire to learn -Team player -Ability to work independently -Ability to take initiative -Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management Excellent pay with a fabulous benefit compensation package!
