SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the supervision of the Direct Sales Manager SUPERVISION EXERCISED None ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * The Senior Sales Consultant will actively pursue revenue objectives generated from selling TelePacific Managed Services to their defined territory and work closely as an overlay subject matter expert to the small/medium/enterprise size businesses. * The Senior Sales Consultant will maintain high levels of professionalism as representatives of TelePacific to the business community during all phases of customer contact from pre-sales activity to post-sales account management. * The Senior Sales Consultant will conduct sales discoveries, solution design sessions in conjunction with a Solution Architect, and presentations demonstrating TelePacific x2019;s Professional Managed Solutions to meet customer x2019;s specific telecommunications needs. * The Senior Sales Consultant will participate in sales and technology training. * The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales objectives. * The Senior Sales Consultant will provide customers with the highest standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle. Required Experience: DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: * Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in business administration or a related field, and * Five (5) years of experience in Direct outside sales, or Three (3) years outside telecom, PBX, voice and data, or network integration services * Proven success in direct business to business sales * Any equivalent combination of education and experience * Must have a clean DMV with a maximum of 3 points * No DUIs within the past 3 years * Valid Drivers x2019; License with proof of insurance NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES * Excellent oral, written, time management and presentation skills * Must possess a hunter mentality * Ability to persuade or influence individuals using oral communication skills * Must be capable of balancing between fulfilling customer x2019;s needs and meeting company expectations and goals * Ability to creatively solve problems and using win-win negotiating techniques. * Telecommunication Sales * Knowledge of computer and word processing systems and programs * Must have clean DMV with a maximum of 3 points * No DUIs within the past 3 years SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Will be required to drive for customer prospecting and appointments (50% of job). * Must have c |
