Specific Job Description University Talent Acquisition (UTA) - West Regional Manager

The successful candidate will have at least 2-4 years experience managing an enterprise-wide college relations strategy yielding significant talent acquisition results at a Fortune 100 company, ideally in the technology, engineering, or financial market(s). The Regional Manager is responsible for managing recruitment personnel within a specified region to ensure college hiring needs are achieved in accordance with the Lockheed Martin current and future workforce needs. The Regional Manager develops, implements, and oversees a successful full life-cycle recruitment strategy in the assigned region. They will have proven experience in program management, talent acquisition, employment branding, and executive-level engagement strategies, while having delivered enterprise-wide solutions to talent acquisition needs.

Position is located at: 300 Plaza Drive, Highlands Ranch, CO
