* High School diploma or equivalent
* BLS Certified
* 2 years of experience

Under the direction and/or supervision of the Charge Nurse, Head Nurse or Staff Nurse, performs various bedside patient care assignments that assist the RN/LVN in the care of patients. These duties will be performed within the Scope of Practice of the Certified Nursing Assistant and in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures.

Graduate from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant Program. CurrentBLScertification. Current Certified Nursing Assistant license. Has passed the Certified Nursing Assistant in Acute Hospital Setting/Long Term Care Setting Test.

Previous Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in an Acute Setting is preferred (if applying for Transitional Care Position, long-term care experience is preferred).Req Number: # |
