| We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager! As a assistant store manager you will be responsible for helping the store manager with: Team management: -Identifying staffing needs -Selecting talent through recruitment -Developing talent through training and coaching in the moment -Interviewing, hiring and firing - Organizing and planning work schedule for the team - Managing holidays and days off - Managing the workforce (conflict resolution, work environment, etc.) Product Management: -Managing merchandise orders in accordance with store needs and sales -Product ranking in store based on sales reports and inventory - Organization of the receiving of goods and replenishment -Stock optimization - Ensure store sales goals are met by identifying ways to drive sales generation -Prioritizes, plans and delegates business needs by reviewing sales, KPIs (ADS, UPD, conversion) sock and weekly reports Store Management: -Opening and closing store -Control of store maintenance and cleanliness of facilities -Controlling leakage protection and security issues in coordination with headquarters Till Management: -Monitoring, analyzing and information the team of KPIs -Implementation and monitoring processes of tonnage, exchanges, returns and cash impact Qualifications: -Previous Store Management experience in clothing retail store (at least 2 years) -Excellent customer service skills -Takes initiative -Excellent at multitasking, motivating a team and selling product -Shares our core values: positivism, commitment, constant improvement, tolerance & fun!
