We are currently seeking an Executive Advisor in our SMAC Practice . Executive Advisors in the SMAC practice are responsible for improving member experience and increasing the effectiveness of revenue leads through direct translation/articulation of how program content maps to specific member challenges, fulfillment of content-related member needs, and assisting in alignment of program research to membership/market trends. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Master the research terrain for one or two areas of product-specific knowledge and insight to support cross-program account teams. * Partner with revenue leads during complex prospect/member interactions to properly diagnose prospect/member issues, align research to those issues and generate urgency for the transaction through demonstration of product value. * Leverage different member engagement channels (including phone, on-site presentations, and multi-member meetings) to summarize the key insights from our research and assist in translation and application of that research to specific member issues. * Manage Advisory Services Analyst to ensure their personal growth and development while together collaborating with revenue teams to ensure commercial outcomes for their assigned territories. * Diagnose member challenge and coordinate with Advisory Services Associates to ensure alignment between member need and final deliverable. * Develop a thorough understanding of market trends and prospect/member insights; collaborate with research team to incorporate market feedback into program content/agendas. * Partner with Product Marketing Specialists to identify, design and provide program-specific content training, scripting and certification for all revenue staff. * |
