Immediate need for an experienced Bilingual Spanish MSW or BSW to work in a medical center that provides all-inclusive care for the elderly in Huntington Park. Seeking an MSW or BSW to work per diem, ideally Monday thru Friday. Must have previous or recent health experience working in a health care setting working with senior participants. MSW/BSW will participate with the multidisciplinary team; consult with LCSW and medical staff, complete adult initial assessments and evaluate risk factors. Develop intervention care plans, assessments and reassessments and other duties assigned.Must able to meet all components of compliance requirements.
