My client are the leading healthcare organisation in the Kingdom. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your prime function will be to provide business critical information regarding compensation and benefits. Responsible for designing, operating and reviewing total remuneration packages & reward offered throughout the organisation in line with best practice and business objectives. Analyse all remuneration data and maintains an equitable remuneration system that is in line with organisational policy, budget and best practice. Review, analyse and evaluate requests pertaining to job classification impacting on compensation. Conducts internal salary equity reviews. Works with department heads on more complex issues that arise regarding salary equity resolution while adhering to all relevant APP's. EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:: The successful Compensation & Benefits Analyst should have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources. HR certification programs in Compensation & Benefits, CCP or CIPD. You must have a minimum of five (5) years experience working in Human Resources departments. At least two (2) years experience in Compensation & Benefits as an advisor or analyst. PACKAGE: Salary awarded based on qualifications and experience. Tax Free earnings.
