Survey 41 - "Do you agree with your bosses rules, procedures
and policies?"
Do you agree with your bosses rules, procedures and policies?
That was the topic for the October survey at TipTopJob and
this led us to find that 58% did actually agree with their bosses.
42% did NOT! Although more people are on the side of their boss, there
is still a reasonably high proportion that don't.
Does your boss make up rules as he goes along and invent new ones
to suit his/her own interests? Do you feel the rules are quite unfair
to a group of individuals in the organisation?
